CorFlow kondigt positieve gegevens aan over de MOCA I First in Human-studie gepresenteerd op EuroPCR 2023

Nieuw CoFI-apparaat veilig en zeer effectief bevonden voor het opsporen van coronaire microvasculaire obstructie (MVO) in het catlab onmiddellijk na primaire PCI

PARIJS–(BUSINESS WIRE)– CorFlow Therapeutics AG, een bedrijf in een klinische fase, dat ‘s werelds eerste gecombineerde systeem heeft ontwikkeld voor diagnostische beoordeling en therapie om coronaire microvasculaire obstructie (MVO) aan te pakken, heeft de tussentijdse positieve resultaten aangekondigd van zijn MOCA I (Microvasculaire obstructie met CoFI-systeembeoordeling) -studie op EuroPCR in Parijs, Frankrijk. De eerste bij mensen uitgevoerde studie heeft tot doel de veiligheid en haalbaarheid te evalueren van een nieuw real-time kathetergebaseerd systeem, om MVO onmiddellijk na een primaire percutane coronaire interventie (PPCI) op te sporen en tijdig therapeutische intracoronaire middelen toe te dienen.
