DXC Technology verwerft EG A/S Service Business om haar positie als toonaangevende systeemintegrator voor Microsoft Dynamics 365 uit te breiden

In Denemarken gevestigde EG wordt geombineerd met Eclipse, een DXC-technologiebedrijf

TYSONS, Va.-(BUSINESS WIRE)-DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC), ‘s werelds grootste onafhankelijke, end-to-end IT-servicebedrijf, kondigde vandaag haar intentie aan om de service business van EG A/S, een van de toonaangevende integrators van Microsoft Dynamics 365 in de Nordic regio, over te nemen. De combinatie van EG met de bestaande DXC Eclipse business zal de positie van DXC als toonaangevende wereldwijde systeemintegrator voor Microsoft Dynamics uitbreiden.

De overname van EG’s service divisie omvat haar Microsoft Dynamics, Infor M3 en SAP praktijken, die geïntegreerd zullen worden in DXC Eclipse en DXC’s SAP praktijk. Financiële termen werden niet bekendgemaakt. De transactie zal naar verwachting worden afgerond in het fiscale vierde kwartaal van DXC, dat eindigt op 31 maart 2019.

Denmark-based EG to Combine with Eclipse, a DXC Technology Company

TYSONS, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC), the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, today announced its intent to acquire the service business of EG A/S, one of the leading integrators of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the Nordic region. The combination of EG with the existing DXC Eclipse business will extend DXC’s position as a leading global systems integrator for Microsoft Dynamics.

The acquisition of EG’s service division includes its Microsoft Dynamics, Infor M3 and SAP practices, which will be integrated into DXC Eclipse and DXC’s SAP practice. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in DXC’s fiscal fourth quarter ending March 31, 2019.
