Toshiba Memory Corporation kondigt fusie aan met K. K. Pangea en aanstelling van nieuwe directie, leidinggevenden en auditoren
TOKIO–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Toshiba Memory Corporation kondigde vandaag aan dat het zijn fusie met K. K. Pangea, zijn moederbedrijf vanaf 1 augustus 2018, heeft voltooid. De bedrijfsnaam na de fusie is Toshiba Memory Corporation. Vandaag kondigt het bedrijf ook het leidinggevenden-systeem aan om zo de efficiëntie te verbeteren van zakelijke uitvoering, en het bedrijfsbestuur te versterken.
