Patron stelt Matteo Busà aan om € 200-300m aan vermogensinvesteringen te leiden in Italië

ONDEN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Patron Capital, de pan-Europese institutionele investeerder gefocust op eigendomsrechtelijk gesteunde investeringen, heeft Matteo Busà als partner aangesteld, om zo Patron’s investeringen te leiden in Italië.

Matteo komt bij het team vanaf GIC, het Singapore Sovereign Wealth Fund, waar hij een positie had als Vice President. Hij spendeerde in totaal 10 jaar bij GIC, waaronder 8 jaar in Londen, waar hij vandaan komt en de leiding had over investeringsmogelijkheden in meerdere landen en activaklassen, en werkte aan zowel de schuld- als de vermogenszijde van de kapitaalstructuur.

Voor hij bij GIC kwam, spendeerde Matteo 4 jaar in vastgoedinvesteringen bij Pirelli Real Estate en daarna JER Partners.

Patron Appoints Matteo Busà to Lead €200-300m of Equity Investment in Italy

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Patron Capital, the pan-European institutional investor focused on property-backed investments, has appointed Matteo Busà as a Partner, leading Patron’s investments in Italy.

Matteo joins from GIC, the Singapore Sovereign Wealth Fund, where he was a Vice President. He spent 10 years with GIC in total, including eight in London, where he originated and managed investment opportunities across multiple countries and asset classes, working on both the debt and equity sides of the capital structure.

Prior to GIC, Matteo spent four years working in real estate investment, at Pirelli Real Estate and then JER Partners.

Matteo will be based in London, with a primary focus on determining and implementing Patron’s investment strategy for Italy. With experience across other markets and fund investment, Matteo will also support origination in other European markets and be involved in future fundraising activity.
