SK pharmteco en LOTTE BIOLOGICS sluiten strategisch partnerschap om wereldwijde ADC CDMO-capaciteiten te versterken

Twee wereldwijde CDMO-leiders hebben hun krachten gebundeld om hun aanwezigheid op de snelgroeiende markt voor antilichaam-geneesmiddelconjugaten (ADC’s) te versterken.

De samenwerking levert geïntegreerde, one-stop CDMO-diensten op met betrekking tot antilichaamgeneesmiddelen, productie van linkers en payloads en bioconjugatie, ondersteund door gezamenlijke marketing op basis van diepgaande ADC-expertise.

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– SK pharmteco en LOTTE BIOLOGICS hebben bekendgemaakt dat ze een intentieverklaring (LOI) hebben ondertekend voor een strategische samenwerking om hun concurrentiepositie op de wereldwijde markt voor antilichaam-geneesmiddelconjugaten (ADC’s) te versterken.

Door deze samenwerking zullen de twee bedrijven gezamenlijk onderzoeken of ze geïntegreerde, one-stop CDMO-diensten kunnen aanbieden aan wereldwijde klanten, met gedifferentieerde ADC-oplossingen die variëren van ontwikkeling tot commerciële productie.
