LIMERICK, Ierland & BERLIJN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– De Duitse regelgevende instanties hebben de verkoop van Quentic GmbH aan AMCS Group goedgekeurd. De transactie is daarmee afgerond en Quentic zal vanaf juli 2022 onderdeel uitmaken van AMCS.

Nu de regelgeving de transactie heeft goedgekeurd, wordt de overname van de in Berlijn gevestigde softwareleverancier voor veiligheid, milieu-, duurzaamheids- en kwaliteitsbeheer op de werkplek van kracht op 30 juni 2022. “Met deze stap beginnen we een nieuw hoofdstuk in onze 15-jarige bedrijfsgeschiedenis,” verklaart Markus Becker, CEO van Quentic. “De samenwerking zal de groei van Quentic van de afgelopen jaren verder versterken. Quentic Acquisition by AMCS Completed
