LONDEN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Purus Marine, een maritieme holding die milieuvriendelijke schepen en infrastructuurapparatuur bezit, heeft vandaag een overeenkomst aangekondigd voor de overname van twee 180.000 cbm LNG-tankers (“LNGC’s”). De schepen zullen naar verwachting in het derde kwartaal van 2024 worden opgeleverd, direct in meerjarige tijdbevrachtingsovereenkomsten met een energiemaatschappij. De schepen zijn aangekocht in samenwerking met een vooraanstaande scheepsmanager, die de technische en commerciële diensten voor de schepen zal leveren.

Purus Marine Announces Agreement to Acquire Two 180,000 cbm LNG Carriers

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Purus Marine, a maritime holding company that owns environmentally-advanced vessels and infrastructure equipment, today announced an agreement to acquire two 180,000 cbm LNG Carriers (“LNGCs”). The vessels are expected to deliver in Q3 2024, directly into multi-year time charters with an energy major. The vessels were acquired in partnership with a leading ship manager, who will provide technical and commercial services for the vessels.
