Sabio Group stelt Matt Tuson aan als Chief Commercial Officer

Tuson sluit zich aan bij CX-oplossingsspecialist om de wereldwijde groeistrategie te stimuleren

LONDEN– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Sabio Group Europe’s toonaangevende full-service CX-leverancier, heeft Matt Tuson aangesteld als Chief Commercial Officer. Hij brengt bewezen ervaring op het gebied van uitvoerend leiderschap, verkoop en bedrijfsuitbreiding naar Sabio, met meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in het stimuleren van grote verkoopgroei voor cloud- en CX-organisaties bij meerdere leveranciers.

Matt komt bij Sabio van Conga, specialist in digitale documenttransformatie, waar hij, tijdens zijn ambtsperiode als SVP en EMEA Managing Director, het team leidde om het aantal boekingen te verviervoudigen. Daarvoor was hij Chief Revenue Officer bij door PE ondersteunde IRIS-software. Zijn CX-ervaring werd opgedaan bij de hypergroeiende Cloud Contact Center-provider NewVoiceMedia, waar hij EVP Worldwide Sales was; van de wereldwijde marktleider Salesforce, waar hij diende als AVP Service Cloud, leiding gaf aan de verkoopdistributie voor EMEA en bijna tien jaar bij RightNow Technologies, waar hij diende als EMEA Vice President voordat het bedrijf werd overgenomen door Oracle in 2011.

Matt joins Sabio from digital document transformation specialist Conga where, during his tenure as SVP and EMEA Managing Director, he led the team to quadruple bookings. Prior to that he was Chief Revenue Officer at PE backed IRIS software. His CX experience was gained from hyper-growth Cloud Contact Centre provider NewVoiceMedia where he was EVP Worldwide Sales; from global market leader Salesforce where he served as AVP Service Cloud, leading sales distribution for EMEA and almost ten years with RightNow Technologies, serving as EMEA Vice President before the company’s acquisition by Oracle in 2011.
