WENEN– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Sinds januari 2018 zijn exploitanten van mobiele netwerken (MNO’s) verplicht om te opereren onder de telecommunicatievrijstelling van de PSD2-regelgeving, waardoor ze alleen digitale goederen, kaartverkoop, parkeerplaatsen en liefdadigheidsinstellingen mogen verwerken, maar ze beperken de facturering van goederen en diensten die buiten de telecommunicatievrijstelling vallen.

Het DIMOCO-agentmodel stelt MNO’s in staat om onder de financiële licentie van het bedrijf te opereren, waardoor ze betalingen voor goederen en diensten buiten deze vrijstelling kunnen verwerken.
