EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ & BANGALORE, India– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO), een toonaangevend bedrijf op het gebied van informatietechnologie, advies en bedrijfsprocesdiensten, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat Chief Executive Officer en Managing Directeur Abidali Z Neemuchwala heeft besloten af te treden vanwege familiale verplichtingen.

De Raad van Bestuur heeft een onderzoek gestart om de volgende Chief Executive Officer te identificeren. Abid blijft het ambt van CEO & Managing Director behouden totdat een opvolger wordt aangesteld voor een soepele overgang en om ervoor te zorgen dat de zaken gewoon doorgaan.

EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. & BANGALORE, India–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO), a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company today announced that Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Abidali Z Neemuchwala has decided to step down due to family commitments.

The Board of Directors has initiated a search to identify the next Chief Executive Officer. Abid will continue to hold the office of CEO & Managing Director until a successor is appointed for a smooth transition and to ensure that business continues as usual.
