PI. Works Geolocation wordt door Turkcell geselecteerd om klantgericht netwerkbeheer te stimuleren

ISTANBUL–(BUSINESS WIRE)– PI. Works is onlangs door Turkcell bekroond om zijn geavanceerde Geolocation-oplossing in te zetten om de klantervaring te veranderen en de netwerkefficiëntie te stimuleren. De PI Works-oplossing biedt mogelijkheden waarmee Turkcell de klantervaring met grotere nauwkeurigheid kan visualiseren en deze inzichten kan omzetten in klantgerichte acties. De oplossing vermindert de inspanning van de drive-test aanzienlijk. Dit leidt tot een lagere koolstofvoetafdruk en bespaart tijd, energie en kosten voor Turkcell.

Met deze nieuwe overeenkomst wordt de P.I. Works Geolocation-oplossing ingezet om meetbare inzichten over de klantervaring te bieden door gegevens uit meerdere bronnen samen te voegen. Omdat de oplossing op hetzelfde platform draait met P.I. Works Centralized SON, worden de klantinzichten verzameld door de Geolocation-oplossing en kunnen de Centralized SON worden gebruikt om meer gerichte netwerkverbeteringsacties te ondernemen. Bovendien wordt de P.I. De Works-oplossing gebruikt voor het visualiseren van hotspots, waardoor operators goed geïnformeerde beslissingen kunnen nemen over netwerkinvesteringen

P.I. Works Geolocation is Selected by Turkcell to Drive Customer Centric Network Management

ISTANBUL–(BUSINESS WIRE)– P.I. Works is recently awarded by Turkcell to deploy its advanced Geolocation solution to transform customer experience and drive network efficiency. P.I. Works solution provides capabilities that will help Turkcell visualize customer experience with higher accuracy and turn these insights into customer-centric actions. The solution significantly reduces drive test efforts; thus leading to lower carbon footprint while saving time, energy and costs for Turkcell.

With this new agreement, P.I. Works Geolocation solution will be deployed to provide measurable insights about customer experience by correlating data from multiple sources. As the solution will be running on the same platform with P.I. Works Centralized SON, the customer insights collected by the Geolocation solution can be used by the Centralized SON to take more targeted network enhancement actions. Additionally, P.I. Works solution will be used for visualizing hotspots which enables operators to take well-informed network investment decisions.
