Pacific Drilling benoemt James W. Harris tot Chief Financial Officer

LUXEMBURG (BUSINESS WIRE) – Pacific Drilling S.A. (NYSE: PACD), één van de belangrijke de diepzeeboringscontractanten ter wereld, kondigde vandaag aan dat de raad van bestuur van Pacific Drilling James W. Harris tot Senior Vice President en Chief Financial Officer heeft benoemd. M. Harris vervangt M. Johannes (John) P. Boots, die, zoals eerder aangekondigd, wederzijds met de onderneming overeenkwam om zijn functie neer te leggen om andere kansen na te streven.

De heer Harris heeft meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in de energie-industrie in diverse financiële, strategische en bedrijfsplanning functies. Hij was onlangs nog Executive Vice President, Drilling & Subsea for Forum Energy Technologies, Inc., nadat hij eerder al 12 jaar als Chief Financial Officer in dienst was van Forum.

Pacific Drilling Appoints James W. Harris as Chief Financial Officer

LUXEMBOURG–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Pacific Drilling S.A. (NYSE: PACD), one of the world’s leading deepwater drilling contractors, today announced that Pacific Drilling’s Board has appointed James W. Harris to serve as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Harris replaces Mr. Johannes (John) P. Boots, who, as previously announced, mutually agreed with the Company to step down from his position to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Harris has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry in a variety of financial leadership, strategic and business planning roles. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Drilling & Subsea for Forum Energy Technologies, Inc., having previously served Forum as Chief Financial Officer for 12 years.
