Raad van Commissarissen van Sartorius verlengt benoeming van bestuurslid Rainer Lehmann

GÖTTINGEN, Duitsland-(BUSINESS WIRE)- Tijdens de vergadering van vandaag heeft de Raad van Commissarissen van Sartorius AG besloten de benoeming van Rainer Lehmann als lid van de Raad van Bestuur met vijf jaar te verlengen tot 28 februari 2025. Lehmann werkt sinds 1999 bij Sartorius met een onderbreking van ongeveer twee jaar en is sinds maart 2017 lid van de Raad van Bestuur. Als zodanig is hij verantwoordelijk voor financiën, informatietechnologie en bedrijfsprocessen.

Sartorius Supervisory Board Extends Appointment of Board Member Rainer Lehmann

GOETTINGEN, Germany–(BUSINESS WIRE)– At today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of Sartorius AG passed the resolution to extend the appointment of Rainer Lehmann as a member of the Executive Board by a five-year period to February 28, 2025. Lehmann has been with Sartorius since 1999 with an interruption of about two years and has been a member of the Executive Board since March 2017. As such, he is responsible for Finance, Information Technology and Business Process.
