TIP Trailer Services publiceert zijn jaarverslag over 2018
AMSTERDAM- (BUSINESS WIRE)–In een brief aan de belanghebbenden vestigde Bob Fast, CEO, de aandacht op sterke onderliggende handelsprestaties in groeiende markten:
“We hadden weer een jaar met sterke prestaties, waardoor de omzet met 9% steeg tot € 565 miljoen. We blijven nieuwe klanten zoeken en aantrekken en verbeteren onze operationele levering. Met een nieuwe aandeelhouder die ons ondersteunt, bevinden we ons in een sterke positie om onze activiteiten en ons rendement verder te laten groeien. ”
In zijn bespreking van de financiële prestaties heeft Malachy Mc Enroe, CFO, toegespitst op financiering en kosten toegevoegd:
“2018 was opnieuw een jaar van sterke handelsprestaties, die zowel een sterke omzetgroei als verbeterde EBITDA-marges vertoonde. We hebben onze verkoop aan I Squared Capital met succes afgerond en onze belangrijkste financieringsfaciliteit geherfinancierd en uitgebreid. We hebben een solide en flexibele basis om te groeien en te navigeren tijdens elke economische recessie die zich de komende jaren zou kunnen voordoen.”
TIP Trailer Services Releases its 2018 Annual Report
AMSTERDAM–(BUSINESS WIRE)– In his letter to stakeholders, Bob Fast, CEO, drew attention to strong underlying trading performance in growing markets:
“We had another year of strong execution, growing revenue by 9% to €565m. We continue to retain and attract new customers while improving our operational delivery. With a new shareholder supporting us, we are in a strong position to further grow our business and our returns.”
In his review on financial performance, Malachy Mc Enroe, CFO, focusing on financing and costs added:
“2018 was another year of strong trading performance which showed both robust revenue growth and improved EBITDA margins. We successfully completed our sale to I Squared Capital and refinanced and expanded our principal funding facility.
