Capgemini kiest beqom om zijn wereldwijde compensatie processen te beheren

FRIBORG, Zwitserland–(BUSINESS WIRE)– beqom, de leverancier van oplossingen voor total compensation management in de cloud, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het is geselecteerd voor het beheer van HR-compensatie processen voor Capgemini, een wereldleider op het gebied van consulting, technologische diensten en digitale technologie. beqom’s Total Compensation Solution wordt ingezet voor simulatie- en budget modellering, compensation reviews, en de administratie en beheer van variabele belonings processen voor 200.000 Capgemini-werknemers wereldwijd.

Capgemini Selects beqom to Manage Its Worldwide Compensation

Capgemini needed a single, sustainable, and secure cloud-based solution to cover the full scope of its compensation management needs. The project started in August 2017, with a successful phase 1 rollout in India to cover variable compensation processes of 42,000 employees.
