H.I.G. WhiteHorse investeert in Savio Group

LONDEN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– H.I.G. WhiteHorse, zusteronderneming in kredietzaken van investeerder H.I.G. Capital, heeft samen met Tikehau Capital geïnvesteerd in 85 miljoen euro aan obligaties van Savio Group, dat wordt bestuurd door Alpha Private Equity. Het in de Italiaanse stad Pordenone gevestigde Savio is een wereldwijd toonaangevende speler in machines en kwaliteitscontrolesystemen voor de textielindustrie.

Guido Lorenzi, directeur van H.I.G. WhiteHorse in Milaan, zei: “Deze transactie onderstreept de toewijding van H.I.G. Capital, has completed, alongside Tikehau Capital, an investment of €85 million in Notes issued by Savio Group, controlled by Alpha Private Equity.
