PIXID koopt Amris ARS en ZAO en breidt uit op de Britse markt voor cloudbased software voor tijdelijke arbeidskrachten

LONDEN & PARIJS–(BUSINESS WIRE)– PIXID SAS, een Frans toonaangevend bedrijf in cloudbased systemen voor management en werving van tijdelijk personeel, heeft de overname van The Internet Corporation afgerond. Dit bedrijf is eigenaar van de bekroonde sollicitant-tracking- en wervingssoftware Amris.

De gepatenteerde technologie van PIXID is verantwoordelijk voor de vervulling van 1 op de 4 tijdelijke arbeidsplaatsen in Frankrijk. Nu het de markt voor tijdelijk personeel in Frankrijk een nieuwe impuls heeft gegeven, is het bedrijf van plan zichzelf te vestigen als bekend digitaal platform voor management van tijdelijke arbeidskrachten in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Europa.

De aankoop van The Internet Corporation Limited, dat beschikt over de gepatenteerde platforms Amris ATS, Zao Social Referrals en Employee-Check Reference Checking, geeft beide partijen de kans voorloper te blijven in innovatie en stroomlijning van ieder aspect van personeelswerving – van het plaatsten van een vacature, organiseren van kandidaten en het skill-matching tot het opzetten van een talentenpool.

PIXID acquires Amris ATS and ZAO to expand into the UK market to provide a cloud-based temporary workforce management and recruitment solution

LONDON & PARIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)– PIXID SAS (“the Company”), the French leader for cloud based temporary workforce management and recruitment solutions, has completed the acquisition of The Internet Corporation, owner of the award-winning applicant tracking system and recruitment software Amris.

PIXID’s proprietary technology is currently responsible for filling 1 out of 4 temporary positions in France and having powered the temporary staff market in France it intends to establish itself as a well-known digital platform for the management of temporary workforce in the UK and the rest of Europe.

The acquisition of The Internet Corporation Limited, whose proprietary platforms include Amris ATS, Zao Social Referrals and Employee-Check Reference Checking, will enable both parties to stay at the forefront of innovation to streamline every possible aspect of the recruitment process – from job posting and candidate management to skill matching and the maintenance of a candidate talent pool.

The combined business will:

  • have forecasted turnover of €16 million in 2017 – with profitable organic growth of 19%;
  • fill 150,000 new temporary roles on a daily basis through 2,500 client companies and 110,000 Users;
  • handle 50 million digitalised documents;
  • manage 450 suppliers and 7,000 staffing agencies; and
  • process 2,000,000 permanent candidate applications.
