SFL koopt historisch hoofdkantoor SMA in Parijs
PARIJS–(BUSINESS WIRE)– SFL (Parijs: FLY) is akkoord over de aankoop van het historische hoofdkantoor van de SMA group voor 165 miljoen euro. Het gebouw staat op een prominente plek, op de Avenue Emile Zola 112-122, in het hart van het vijftiende arrondissement van Parijs. Het is omringd door een mix van woningen en zakenpanden en goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
De contracten worden uitgewisseld als SMA in het vierde kwartaal van 2017 naar haar nieuwe hoofdkantoor verhuist.
Het pand van ruwweg 21.000 vierkante meter dateert van 1966, heeft een grondtekening van 6.300 vierkante meter en een lommerrijke tuin die veel mogelijkheden biedt. SFL is van plan het pand in het westen de stad te verbouwen tot groot zakencomplex.

SFL (Paris:FLY) has entered into a €165 million deal to acquire the historical headquarters building of the SMA group (SMABTP, SMAvie). The building occupies a prime site at 112-122 avenue Emile Zola, in the heart of Paris’s 15 th arrondissement. It is surrounded by a mix of residential and commercial real estate and is well served by public transport. Contracts will be exchanged when SMA moves to its new headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2017. The roughly 21,000-sq.m. building dating back to 1966 stands on a 6,300-sq.m. plot featuring a tree-filled garden that offers a wide range of options. SFL intends to restructure the property as a new major business centre in the west of the capital.
