SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Keller Rohrback kondigt met grote vreugde aan dat de Republiek der Marshalleilanden en haar voormalig buitenlandminister Tony deBrum officieel zijn uitgeroepen tot “2016 Arms Control Person of the Year”. Deze titel komt de Marshalleilanden toe wegens de unieke juridische strijd voor onderhandelingen in goed vertrouwen over nucleaire ontwapening.
