WOGC is a mixed International Organization (IGO, NGO and Government) with special consultative status under the framework of the UNSDGs and the Trifinio Treaty Agreement (El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras). Executive National Director of Plan Trifinio El Salvador, Mr. Sergio Bran, who received a WOGC Award for SD and Integration of the Trifinio region, noted the importance of global competitiveness and capacity building to assist local communities improving living conditions.
