In the analysis, Hampleton found that activity in the E-Commerce space is staying strong for online food delivery services. Global online food deliveries companies earned spots on the firm’s E-Commerce Top Acquirers list as they race to acquire regional businesses across EMEA and the Americas.

Hampleton also reported on how the global financial services industry has continued to experience new, disruptive companies entering the market, which has catalysed significant investment and M&A. As a result, the firm tracked a rise in transaction volumes and the disclosed median EBITDA multiple over the last six months.
