TSYS Managed Services EMEA is in 2006 opgericht als joint venture van TSYS en Dimension Data. TSYS Managed Services verleent cliënten van TSYS via uitbestede contactcentra diensten op gebied van klantenservice, frauderisicobeheersing en -strategie, effening van rekeningen, geschillen, back-office en helpdesks. TSYS Managed Services heeft kantoren in Milton Keynes en Coventry in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Barneveld in Nederland. TSYS Managed Services EMEA blijft onder leiding staan van Mark Cleary, operationeel bestuurder, die onder de verantwoordelijkheid van Dennis Jones valt, uitvoerend vicepresident van TSYS’ tak International Services.
TSYS Acquires Remaining 45-percent Ownership Stake in TSYS Managed Services EMEA Joint Venture
COLUMBUS, Ga. & LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)– TSYS (NYSE: TSS) today announced that it has acquired — from The Merchants Group Limited (a Dimension Data company) — the remaining 45-percent ownership share in its TSYS Managed Services EMEA joint venture. TSYS Managed Services is now a wholly owned TSYS company focused on providing outsourced business process and contact-centre services and support to TSYS’ international clients.
TSYS Managed Services EMEA was formed in 2006 as a joint venture between TSYS and Dimension Data. TSYS Managed Services provides customer service, fraud risk management and strategy, collections, disputes management and back-office and help-desk services for TSYS’ clients through outsourced contact centres. TSYS Managed Services has offices in Milton Keynes, U.K.; Coventry, U.K. and Barneveld, The Netherlands. TSYS Managed Services EMEA will continue to be led by Mark Cleary, Chief Operating Officer, who will report to Dennis Jones, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TSYS’ International Services segment.
