Pacific Drilling voldoet weer aan eisen voor notering NYSE
LUXEMBURG–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Pacific Drilling S.A. heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt dat de New York Stock Exchange het bedrijf heeft laten weten dat het weer voldoet aan de eisen voor een notering aan de beurs.
Het bedrijf maakte eerder bekend dat het op 13 januari 2016 melding kreeg van de NYSE, omdat het bedrijf niet voldeed aan de vereiste minimumprijs van 1 dollar per aandeel voor een blijvende notering van gewone aandelen. Pacific Drilling had tot 13 juli 2016 om weer te voldoen aan de eisen.
Na het sluiten van de beurs op 31 mei 2016 hadden de gewone aandelen van het bedrijf een sluitingsprijs en 30-daags gemiddelde van 1,00 dollar per aandeel, waarmee het voldeed aan de regels voor blijvende notering aan de beurs.
Pacific Drilling Regains Compliance with NYSE Continued Listing Requirements
LUXEMBOURG–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Pacific Drilling S.A. (NYSE: PACD) announced today that it has been notified by the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) that it is once again in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing requirements.
The Company previously announced that it received a notice from the NYSE on January 13, 2016 that the Company did not satisfy the $1.00 minimum share price standard for continued listing of the Company’s common shares, and the Company had until July 13, 2016 to cure the non-compliance.
At the close of trading on May 31, 2016, the Company’s common shares had a closing price per share and a 30-trading-day average closing price per share above $1.00 and accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with the continued listing standard.
