Replicor geeft drie presentaties op EASL 2016

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Replicor Inc., een niet-beursgenoteerd biofarmaceutisch bedrijf dat zich richt op een medicijn tegen chronische hepatitis B en D, heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt drie abstracts te presenteren op de jaarlijkse bijeenkomst van EASL, die van 13 tot 26 april 2017 plaatsvindt in Barcelona.

In de presentaties komen geüpdatete klinische, preklinische en mechanistische data over de activiteit van NAPs tegen chronische hepatitis B of hepatitis D aan bod:

  • Geüpdatete klinische data van het lopende onderzoek REP 301, naar de veiligheid en effectiviteit van REP 2139-Ca in combinatie met gePEGyleerd interferon voor de behandeling van patiënten met een co-infectie van hepatitis B en D (poster FRI-105).
  •  Antivirale activiteit van REP 2139-Ca in combinatie met tenofovir-disoproxil-fumaraat en entecavir in vivo (poster THU-177).
  • Immunostimulerende eigenschappen van REP 2139 en andere NAP-samenstellingen (poster THU-204).

 

Replicor to Make Three Presentations at EASL 2016

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Replicor Inc., a privately held biopharmaceutical company targeting a cure for chronic hepatitis B and D patients, today announced that it will present three abstracts at the EASL 2016 annual meeting to be held April 13-26, 2017 in Barcelona, Spain.

These presentations will disclose updated clinical, pre-clinical and mechanistic data on the activity of NAPs against chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis D infection:

  • Updated clinical data from the ongoing REP 301 study assessing the safety and efficacy of REP 2139-Ca combined with pegylated interferon in patients with hepatitis B / hepatitis D co-infection (poster FRI-105).
  • In vivo antiviral activity of REP 2139-Ca combined with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and entecavir (poster THU-177).
  • Immunostimulatory properties of REP 2139 and other NAP compounds (poster THU-204).
