OCP Announces Date of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call

The results will be available on the OCP Intralinks portal and also on the Company’s website http://www.ocpgroup.ma/ from 10 a.m. EDT and 2 p.m. Morocco/London time.
OCP senior management will host a conference call to discuss fourth quarter and full year results at 11 a.m. EDT and 3 p.m. Morocco/London time on March 22, 2016 for holders of the Company’s bonds, qualified institutional buyers, securities analysts and market makers.
