GENÈVE–(BUSINESS WIRE)– COFCO International Limited kondigt met blijdschap aan dat de aankoop van het resterende belang van 49 procent in Noble Agri Ltd met succes is afgerond. De voltooiing van de deal, die op 23 december 2015 werd aangekondigd, zorgt ervoor dat de COFCO group Noble Agri voor 100 procent in zijn bezit heeft, inclusies indirecte bezittingen via filialen. COFCO International Limited is een consortium dat bestaat uit COFCO, een belangrijke toeleverancier van gediversifieerde producten voor de Chinese landbouw en voedselindustrie, en internationale investeerders.

GENEVA–(BUSINESS WIRE)– COFCO International Limited is pleased to announce that the purchase of the remaining 49% share of Noble Agri Ltd. has been successfully closed. The completion of the deal, initially announced on December 23, 2015, brings COFCO group’s ownership, including indirect holding through its affiliates, to 100%. COFCO International Limited is a consortium comprising of COFCO, a leading supplier of diversified products in the Chinese agricultural and food products industry and other international investors.
