ZRG Partners breidt uit op medisch-technologisch vlak met overname Pyramid International uit Zwitserland
ROCHELLE PARK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– ZRG Partners, een progressieve, internationale en klantgerichte firma voor werving van leidinggevenden, heeft een overeenkomst gesloten over de verwerving van bepaalde onderdelen van Pyramid International, een 10 jaar oud wervingsbureau voor leidinggevenden uit Lausanne. Krachtens het overnameakkoord treedt ceo AJ Ravenhorst toe tot ZRG Partners, waar hij de functie van algemeen directeur bekleedt en lid wordt van de levenswetenschappelijke afdeling. De transactie staat gepland op 2 januari 2016.

ZRG Partners Expands Medical Technology Area with Acquisition of Swiss Based Pyramid International
ROCHELLE PARK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– ZRG Partners, a progressive, client-focused global executive search firm, has signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Pyramid International, a 10 year old executive search firm located in Lausanne, Switzerland. As part of the asset acquisition agreement, AJ Ravenhorst, CEO, will join ZRG Partners as a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s global life science practice. The transaction is scheduled for closing on January 2, 2016.
AJ brings 20 years of deep industry experience, a solid client base and body of work in the medical technology sector to ZRG Partners.
