Feely houdt zich uit hoofde van zijn nieuwe functie bezig met alle juridische activiteiten van het bedrijf.
Timothy werkt sinds 2007 bij OT, waar bij begon als algemeen juridisch adviseur voor Noord- en Zuid-Amerika. Hij was verantwoordelijk voor alle juridische aspecten van de activiteiten van OT in de Verenigde Staten, Canada en Latijns-Amerika. Voorafgaand werkte hij voor de Carmen Group Incorporated in de Verenigde Staten.
OT Announces the Appointment of Timothy Feely as Group General Counsel
COLOMBES, France–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Oberthur Technologies (OT), a leading global provider of embedded security software products, services and solutions today announced the appointment of Timothy Feely as Group General Counsel, in charge of all Legal activities.
Timothy joined OT in 2007 as General Counsel for the Americas Region, responsible for all legal aspects of the Company’s operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Prior this, Timothy worked at Carmen Group Incorporated in the United States where he was General Counsel. He was previously Senior Associate at CARR, MORRIS & GRAEFF, a mid-sized law firm with primary practice concentration in general corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital.
Timothy is a graduate from the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C, in the United States.
