NEWARK, Calif. & LAUSANNE, Switzerland–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced that it has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2016 and its 2015 definitive proxy statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
