De inschrijving voor CES® 2016, de internationale bijeenkomst voor iedereen die floreert in de consumentenelektronica, is geopend. Het evenement vindt van 6 januari tot 9 januari plaats in Las Vegas, Nevada. |

Een officiële en onafhankelijke audit heeft uitgewezen dat een recordaantal van 176.676 professionals uit de sector aanwezig was op CES 2015, onder wie meer dan 45.000 personen van buiten de Verenigde Staten. Om de kwaliteit van de CES-ervaring voor alle deelnemers te bewaken, zijn strengere inschrijfeisen opgesteld, zodat de bezoekersaantallen onder of op de 176.000 blijven. CES 2016 biedt een podium aan meer dan 3.600 exposerende bedrijven die de nieuwste innovaties laten zien in een ruimte van meer dan 185.800 vierkante meter. |

De inschrijfprijs voor CES 2016 verandert ook. Inschrijving kost tot 20 december 100 dollar en kost vanaf 21 december 300 dollar. Professionals uit de sector worden aangemoedigd om vooraf in te schrijven voor CES, zodat ze sneller worden beoordeeld en tijdig een badge krijgen. Registration is open for CES® 2016, the world’s gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technologies. The event will run Wednesday, January 6-Saturday, January 9, 2016, in Las Vegas, Nevada. |

An official independent audit confirmed a record 176,676 industry professionals in attendance at the 2015 CES, including more than 45,000 from outside the U.S. To maintain a quality CES experience for all those who participate, stricter registration credentials have been implemented to keep attendance at or below 176,000. CES 2016 will feature more than 3,600 exhibiting companies showcasing the latest innovation across more than two million net square feet. |

The registration fee structure has also changed for CES 2016. Registration is $100 through December 20 and will increase to $300 December 21. Industry professionals are encouraged to register in advance of CES to ensure quicker review time and access to their badge on-site. Additional details on credential requirements and registration fees are available online. CES remains a trade-only event and is not open to the general public. |
