LabGenius kondigt onderzoekssamenwerking aan met Ablynx, een bedrijf van Sanofi
Meerjarige samenwerking waarbij LabGenius zijn ML-gedreven eiwittechnologieplatform, EVATM, zal toepassen voor de optimalisatie van therapeutische NANOBODY®-eiwitten
LONDEN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– LabGenius, een pionier in het gebruik van machine learning (ML) voor eiwittechnologie, kondigde vandaag de ondertekening aan van een meerjarige onderzoekssamenwerking met Ablynx, een Sanofi-bedrijf.
Volgens de voorwaarden van de overeenkomst zullen de bedrijven een project op het gebied van inflammatie ondernemen dat de capaciteiten van LabGenius op het gebied van ML, robotautomatisering en synthetische biologie combineert met Ablynx’ expertise in NANOBODY® zware keten variabele domeinen. In de loop van de samenwerking zal LabGenius zijn EVATM-platform gebruiken om geoptimaliseerde NANOBODY®-kandidaten te leveren. Deze moleculen zullen dan door Ablynx verder worden ontwikkeld in verdere validatiestudies.

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)– LabGenius, a pioneer in the use of machine learning (ML) for protein engineering, today announced the signing of a multi-year research collaboration with Ablynx, a Sanofi company.
Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will undertake a project, in the area of inflammation, that combines LabGenius’ capabilities in ML, robotic automation and synthetic biology with Ablynx’s expertise in NANOBODY® heavy chain variable domains. Over the course of the collaboration, LabGenius will use its EVATM platform to deliver optimized NANOBODY® candidates. These molecules will then be progressed by Ablynx into further validation studies.
