LUXEMBURG –(BUSINESS WIRE)– Pacific Drilling S.A. (OTC: PACDQ) (“Pacific Drilling” of de “Company”) heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het een oproep voor een buitengewone algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders en een volmacht (de “Aankondiging”) voor een buitengewone algemene vergadering op 5 november 2018 heeft doen uitgaan.
De aankondiging wordt vanaf 28 september 2018 verspreid onder de aandeelhouders van de het bedrijf. Dat is voorafgaand aan de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering, die zal worden gehouden op 5 november 2018 om 10.00 uur (Centraal-Europese Tijd) op het geregistreerde adres van het bedrijf, gevestigd te 8-10 Avenue de la Gare, L-1610 Luxemburg.

The Notice is being distributed to the Company’s common shareholders of record as of September 28, 2018 in advance of the Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be held on November 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (Central European Time) at the Company’s registered office, located at 8-10 Avenue de la Gare, L-1610 Luxembourg.
